My Services

Individual Psychotherapy

Individual psychotherapy (talk therapy) is a process through which clients work one-on-one with Ben in a safe, caring, and confidential environment. Therapy allows individuals to explore their feelings, beliefs, and behaviors, work through challenging or influential memories, identify aspects of their lives that they want to change, better understand themselves and others, set personal goals, and work toward desired change. Ben is currently offering telehealth sessions and in-person appointments in Brooklyn and Manhattan

Group Therapy

By nature, human beings are social, and talking in a group can provide you with learning opportunities not achievable in individual treatment. Ben has a passion for groups and runs them for teens, adults, and parents. He has extensive experience facilitating groups for parents of children with disabilities and interpersonal groups for teens and adults.
